For our April feature "The Beekeeper," Matt Rainwaters returned to his roots, swapping out his Digital SLR for a Wista 4X5 film camera. During this early morning shoot we captured some behind the scenes footage of Rainwaters photographing Tara Chapman, owner of Two Hives Honey. Watch how this unique story came together.


For our March fashion spread, we were inspired by some of Austin’s biggest film and television credits. We reimagined the rugged western-wear featured in True Grit –– which was partly shot in downtown Austin –– and gave it an on-trend edge. To get a closer look at how Hollywood movie magic meets Austin fashion, shop the pieces below.


As you flip through the pages of our February Love Issue, one thing you’ll notice is the beautiful blooms that pop up throughout the magazine.
