2020 Chef Dinner Series with Chef Brooke Williamson

The LINE hotel’s debut lakeside restaurant, Arlo Grey, is welcoming a brand new Chef Dinner Series this year. Helmed by Top Chef 10 winner Kristen Kish, the first guest on the roster will be Kish’s finale competitor Chef Brooke Williamson of Playa Provisions. The two will work together to create a mouthwatering culinary collaboration featuring four to five courses matched with specially selected wine, dessert and a Champagne toast.
