AIA Austin Design Talks with Lance Hosey

AIA Austin’s second Design Talks event of 2020 will feature acclaimed architect, author, and public speaker, Lance Hosey, FAIA, principal, design director, and co-director of sustainable design at Gensler. The talk will be hosted as a Zoom event due to safety requirements related to COVID-19.

Hosey will discuss “Redesigning Design”—the idea that design is key to adapting to new challenges society and industry are presented with in this threshold moment. Winning multiple awards for his work, Hosey became one of 30 people worldwide to be named a Fellow with both the AIA and the US Green Building Council in 2015.
