Austin Oyster Festival

The 2020 Austin Oyster Festival returns for its 8th year, honoring the sea’s most delicious offering and serving up a bounty of chef-prepared seafood dishes, cocktail pairings and entertainment, benefiting the Central Texas Food Bank. This year’s feast highlights Austin Seafood’s Gulf and East Coast oysters prepared in nearly every way imaginable by noted Austin Executive Chefs Chris Bauer and Tray Horvath. Along the way guests will enjoy an extravagant Bloody Mary Bar, local beers from Brown Distributing, live local music and amazing raffle prizes.
