Rach Star: Music of Brahms & Rachmaninoff

Travel with your Austin Symphony around the musical universe as pianist Orion Weiss takes us on a ride around his constellation, known as Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3. Music transcends all boundaries, and it is shown in the first half with the Piano Quartet in G Minor composed by Brahms. Just as the universe is massive, so are these two pieces.
