Austin Women In Culinary Dinner

Sixteen of Austin’s best female chefs, bartenders and sommeliers are coming together to support the Les Dames d’ Escoffier Austin Chapter’s scholarship program with the 2nd Austin Women in Culinary Dinner on Wednesday, February 20 at Eberly.

The progressive experience kicks off with a reception in the Cedar Tavern with passed appetizers and specialty cocktails. Attendees will have the opportunity to bid on an impressive list of silent auction items while enjoying appetizers in the Study. Guests will then be ushered into the main dining room for four-course dinner, with each of the 11 participating chefs creating a dish honoring a woman who has made a significant contribution to the world of food.
