Broad Studios Textile Printing Workshop

Join the LINE Austin for its first workshop with local collective, Broad Studios, as artist Hallie Shafer teaches the methods of block printing and pattern making. Perfect for Mother’s Day, guests will design motifs and learn how to draw on and carve soft linoleum blocks to then print on textiles. At the end of class, each student will leave with a pair of textiles perfect for napkins, tea towels, or framed works of art. The workshop takes place on Saturday, May 11 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and tickets are priced at $65.
