Desert Door Dark Skies Sotol Release Dinner

Desert Door is releasing a new, limited edition Dark Skies Barrel-Aged Sotol in partnership with Vista Brewing as part of the sotol brand’s new Explorer Series—a monthly, unique barrel release with different collaborators that will be available in the Driftwood tasting room each month throughout 2021.

To celebrate this release and kick off the series, Desert Door is hosting a pairing dinner with Eden West Food Truck at its distillery and tasting room in Driftwood on April 8. The cocktails served will highlight this special variation of the spirit, complemented with foods like beef tri-tip, honeysuckle cake, and more.
