Fareground’s Warriors & Wine

Fareground, Austin’s first and only food hall, will host “Warriors + Wine,” a memorable, mindfulness experience that blends yoga and wine tasting. Taking place the third Wednesday of each month, the theme changes throughout the series.

This month’s theme “Connect” centers on two things: the chemical reaction occurs when consuming wine that helps us detach from the story of “I” and “Me,” allowing us to open up and connect with those around us, and in yoga, how many practice detachment to fully connect to themselves and those they share the present with. The event includes a 45-minute yoga class from Wanderlust, a wine tasting with Ant Moore Wines, a delicious Yogi Bowl and fun gift bag.
