Foxtail Supper Club Launch
Chef Page Pressley has announced the launch of Foxtail Supper Club, which will provide an elevated, immersive dining experience through live virtual instruction beginning on Thursday, May 7. Delivering fresh ingredients from Austin and the Texas Hill Country and to your door in thoughtfully prepared and ready-to-eat packages. , Foxtail will open with two evening booking slots a week. Each will begin with a wave of two lighter courses, continue with a wave of two courses and finish with a dessert. Foxtail boxes will serve two people, and will be available in limited quantities via Assembly Kitchen for $150 per box.
