Frida Friday ATX Holiday Mercado & Pachanga

Shop local this year at the two-day Frida Friday ATX Holiday Pachanga, featuring over 40 artisans and vendors as a space to celebrate and embrace Austin’s diversity. The thoughtfully curated market showcases and centers on self-identified Womyn of Color and their friends, families, and allies for this “Frida & Friends” celebration. Attendees can find visual art, makers ranging from jewelers to textiles, independent graphic design brands, Latinx imports, and much more.

On Friday, December 21, market attendees will enjoy lotería with Grandma Steven. Taco Journalism’s Mando Rayo presents a screening of The Tacos of Texas seven-part documentary series on Saturday, December 22, at 11:30 a.m. with food available for purchase. Austin Film Society hosts the event and closes out the market with a special screening of La Bamba on Saturday, December 22, at 4:30 p.m.
