In the Arc of Your Mallet Exhibition Opening

In the Arc of Your Mallet is the final installment of a two-part exhibition by Jade Walker. The show focuses on disease, healing and the inherently close union we have with our own bodies. Inspired by the poem of the same name as the exhibition by Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Rumi, a Persian poet and Sufi master born in 1207, the installation reflects the community of people that are necessary to thrive and the intimate and solitary bond we share with our physical selves.
This exhibition will be on view from January 23 through February 29.
