Maki Rolling Class

Uchiko is hosting a Maki class on Monday, April 29th in the restaurant’s private dining room. Uchiko sushi chefs will demonstrate the proper ways of creating different styles of rolls while discussing the history of Maki. Guests can then roll their own P-38 and crunchy tuna rolls, which will be judged by the sushi chefs and the winner will be presented with a prize. Snacks, sake samples and dessert will be served.
