“On the Record” Music Marketplace & Panel

Native Hostel is hosting On the Record, an Austin music marketplace and panel on Sunday, December 16, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Presented by Vinylmnky, Native Hostels, SXSW, and Austin Music Foundation, this event is geared toward music lovers and musicians alike. There will be artist & industry professional panel talks, performances, drink specials, and a full market in the Native event space. All attendees must RSVP via Eventbrite!

AMF will be presenting “How Did I Get Here?” Fireside Music Chats featuring conversations with music industry trailblazers Kathy Valentine of The Go-Go’s and The Bluebonnets, Louis Black of SXSW and The Austin Chronicle, and Grammy-nominated record producer Frenchie Smith. The programming will be hosted by Johnny Goudie and will kick off at 1 p.m. in the Parlour Room at Native. Hand-Me-Down Adventure will be providing acoustic music in the DRUNKLUCK Lounge, curated by DRUNKLUCK, from 12:00 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the marketplace. Music by SWELLS, curated by Sofar Sounds ATX, will close it all out from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. in Native’s Parlor Room.
