Rainbow on the Creek

Waller Creek Conservancy presents Rainbow on the Creek at Symphony Square, a free celebration of the LGBT community on Saturday, June 15. The event will kick off with a Community Pride Festival from 2pm to 6pm that features live entertainment, food, drinks and educational resources from local non-profit organizations and businesses. Attendees can also enjoy activities like drag queen storytime, face painting with drag queens and Taste the Colors of the Rainbow with Lick Honest Ice Cream. There will be more than 20 community vendors including AIDS Services of Austin, Kind Clinic and Out Youth onsite.

Following the Community Pride Festival, patrons can enjoy a Pride Celebration from 7 PM to 9 PM hosted by Grandma Stevens with a lineup of local entertainment including a headlining performance from RuPaul’s Drag Race’s Coco Montrese.
