Rex Orange County’s debut album, bcos u will never b free, self-released on Soundcloud when he was barely legal. Its lo-fi textures and hi-def emotions consecrated him as a musician to watch out for. Since then, Rex has gone on to to release two more albums and collaborate with the likes of Tyler, the Creator and Randy Newman. Tune into his latest project, Pony, at Stubb’s BBQ for two nights this February.
