Roya Pop-Up Dinner by Chef Amir Hajimaleki

Chef Amir Hajimaleki will host a rescheduled pop-up three-course dinner on March 21 at Eden East Farm at 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. to honor Nowruz, otherwise known as the Persian New Year. The ticketed dinner will include wines from Darioush and benefit Austin Food & Wine Alliance’s Culinary Grant Program.

In addition, the dinner will center around a beautifully curated haft-seen—a collection of items that symbolize spring renewal. Guests will enjoy live music courtesy of Antares, a local Austin band that combines improvised melodies and grooves on instruments from around the world. The menu will reflect Hajimaleki’s forthcoming concept, Roya, incorporating traditional Persian dishes and ingredients served in a modern format.
