Singer-songwriter Ruston Kelly will be making an appearance at Scoot Inn on September 28. The country artist is known for his singular, rugged style – a gravelly patchwork of folk lyricism, grunge attitude, country heart, Americana spirit, and rock energy. He will be showcasing songs from his most recent album, Dying Star, with opener Donovan Woods.
