The Sisters of Merida Guest Chef Dinner

Fonda San Miguel brings two celebrated chefs, sisters María Elidé Castillo and Delfina Castillo Tzab, to its kitchen July 14 as part of its 2019 All-Women Guest Chef Dinner Series. The sisters are the founders of Semilla de Dioses (Seed of Gods), a cooperative focused on gourmet Yucatán condiments of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula.
The Guest Chef Dinner Series begins with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. and a four-course dinner at 7 p.m. Visit their website for more information and the full drool-worthy menu.
