Uchiko Ko-Lab Dinner ft. Suerte

Uchiko has announced the third installment of their “Ko-Lab” series, showcasing memorable dinners created by renowned chefs from Austin and beyond in collaboration with Uchiko Chef De Cuisine Edward Sura.
During this special, one-night-only event, they’ll team up with Uchiko alumni, Fermín Núñez, current executive chef at Suerte in East Austin, which was included as one of Food & Wine’s “Best New Restaurants of 2019.” The six-course menu will include a combination of family style and individual dishes, featuring a surprising combination of Japanese and Mexican flavors. Drink pairings included.
