Uchiko’s Ko-Lab series features can’t-miss collaborative dinners created by Chef De Cuisine Edward Sura alongside renowned chefs from Austin and beyond. In this recent installment, seven courses, with pairings, will be created in collaboration with Uchi alum and Michelin-starred Californios Executive Chef Val Cantú, each featuring inventive combinations of Japanese and Mexican flavors.
