The Secrets Of Maki Rolling at Uchiko

Uchiko is hosting a Maki Class on Monday, February 18 in the restaurant’s private dining room. Uchiko sushi chefs will demonstrate the proper ways of creating a sushi roll, showcasing various recipe rolling techniques. Guests will have the opportunity to create their own maki. Snacks, sake samples, and tons of new sushi skills will be provided.
