You Grill, Girl!

Les Dames d’Escoffier of Austin is proud to present “You Grill, Girl!,” a first-ever grilling event featuring women chefs and grilling masters on September 5 at Franklin Barbecue. The annual fundraiser raises money for scholarships and grants for Austin women in the culinary, wine and hospitality professions. Alongside mouthwatering grilled and smoked dishes, the extravaganza will also include fire starting, live fire grilling demos and exciting raffles.
