The Texas Food & Wine Alliance is honored to host legendary chef Rick Bayless for a meet-and-greet and book signing. Bayless is a world-renowned restaurateur, cookbook author, Emmy nominated television host, multiple James Beard Foundation honoree, and the first winner of Top Chef Masters. He is also the founder of Frontera Farmer Foundation, a nonprofit supporting small Midwestern farms and the Frontera Scholarship, a full tuition scholarship that sends a Mexican-American Chicago Public School student to Kendall College to study culinary arts.

Your ticket includes a copy of Bayless’ classic cookbook More Mexican Everyday: Simple, Seasonal, Celebratory, beer and wine, and light bites from James Beard Award-winning chef Edgar Rico of Nixta Taqueria. All proceeds benefit the Texas Food & Wine Alliance’s Culinary Grant Program.
