‘Texas BBQ: The Art of Low and Slow’ Book Launch at BookPeople

BookPeople will host author Veronica Meewes on Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. to celebrate the release of “Texas BBQ: The Art of Low and Slow.” Meewes will be joined by noted pitmasters Wayne Mueller of Louie Mueller Barbecue, Matti Bills of Howdy Child and Three Six General, and Boo and Lance Eaker of Eaker Barbecue for a conversation about Texas barbecue culture.

The free event will take place on the store’s second floor and will be followed by a signing. A copy of the book or an item of equal value purchased from BookPeople is required to enter the signing line.
