Founded by restaurateur Seigo Nakamura, TORA blends Japanese culinary tradition with innovation, featuring premium flame-seared Aburi sushi and a proprietary sushi concierge system that connects diners directly to chefs via a laneway delivery platform. The menu spans aburi, raw and grilled preparations, including the brand’s signature Aburi Oshi Sushi, alongside Japanese hot and cold small plates.
