JuiceLand

Fruit is hydrating and full of nutrients which your body is craving after a few days of booze and late nights. With JuiceLand locations around town, you can pick some refreshing goodness close to you. For ultimate revitalization, we recommend the Rehydrator or Recovery Punch – paired with a Hot Shot, especially if you’re feeling a bug coming on. You won’t regret treating your body to one of these delicious pick-me-ups.

Barton Springs

We know that Barton Springs contains healing waters — now’s the time to tap into their powers with a plunge. Crowds are pretty typical between ACL weekends, so you can go any weekday (besides Thursdays, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. when it’s closed for cleaning). Still, we recommend going at sunrise for the ultimate experience. In the morning, you’ll have plenty of room to swim if you want to work out some of your weekend demons, and it’s the perfect start to a productive day.

Perspire Sauna

With three Perspire Sauna locations around town, you can book a single session to get your detox and recovery this week. Perspire’s full-spectrum infrared saunas combine the beneficial infrared rays with the therapeutic visible color light in every sauna session. By eliminating the sun’s harmful UV rays, they provide a safe, restorative sweat session that will leave you rejuvenated.

Oseyo Lunch

The incredible Korean restaurant Oseyo just started offering lunch Tuesday to Friday, from 11 to 2:30 p.m. The casual lunch dishes include lunch salads, dumplings, and bibimbap, along with cheeky mid-day cocktails, natural wine, coffee drinks, ice cream, and much more. And if you’re really not feeling well, you can order a to-go bento box with white rice, kimchi, and your choice of protein — the perfect elevated takeout that will bring you back to life.

Gimme Burger

Sometimes, greasy food really is the best medicine. Lucky for those of us in Austin, we don’t have to resort to fast food to satisfy a comfort food craving. Instead, head to the Gimme Burger food truck at Butler Pitch and Putt. The Gimme Burger has two patties made with local Wagyu beef and other high-quality ingredients (even their single-serve ketchup packets are organic and made with no high-fructose corn syrup). Pro tip: order with fried okra for some crunchy bites of heaven! Best of all, if you’re feeling up for it, you can get in line for a round of golf while you eat and then walk off some of the week’s indulgences in this perfect weather.

Austin Salt Room

Being at Zilker Park with hundreds of thousands of people all weekend means breathing in a lot of dust. If you’re feeling sneezy and congested, book a session at Austin Salt Room for some respiratory revival and skin rejuvenation. The salt-infused air acts as a natural microbial agent, reducing the bacteria and viruses in your respiratory tract. You’ll leave feeling more opened up and refreshed!
