Social Hour: 25th Annual UMLAUF Garden Party
Guests of Austin's elegant garden soiree enjoyed decadent bites from local restaurants while raising funds for community programs

On April 18, the UMLAUF Sculpture Garden and Museum hosted their 25th annual Garden Party fundraising soiree. The garden was adorned with some of Austin’s best-dressed floral gowns and summery outfits as guests mingled in the beautiful setting to raise funds for the UMLAUF’s community outreach programs.
In addition to offering such as stunning setting for a springtime party, the UMLAUF Garden Party felt much like a high-end food festival featuring 30+ iconic Austin restaurants serving delicious bites and beverages. Guests sampled dishes from Emmer & Rye, Nido, RedFarm, Swift’s Attic, Toshokan, and Truluck’s, and many more. Premium drinks were provided by Twin Liquors, STILL Austin, Tito’s Vodka and Seedlip. The Nash Hernandez Orchestra offered lovely music for the event.
A lively auction featured donated items including staycations at local and regional favorites including the Commodore Perry Estate, South Congress Hotel, Bowie House in Fort Worth, The Ruby in Round Rock and Lake Austin Spa and Resort; wine tours with regional vintners like William Chris Wines and high-value dining packages from the UMLAUF Garden Party participating restaurants and more all across the city.
Tickets and auction proceeds benefit UMLAUF’s community programs such as Family Days, Summer Camp and Shaping Space which provide art education programs to children in Title I schools across Austin.
