TRIBEZA Interiors Tour Kicked Off With an Elevated VIP Party in Downtown Austin

The 11th annual TRIBEZA Interiors Tour got an early start with a VIP Kick-Off Party on Thursday, Jan. 22, bringing together Austin’s design community ahead of the tour weekend to come — Jan. 31 and Feb. 1.

With event coordination by CB Collecttivo, guests gathered high above the city in a 55th-floor penthouse, graciously hosted by The Modern Austin Residences and the Urbanspace team. Panoramic skyline views created a striking backdrop for the evening’s festivities.

A glamorous start to an unforgettable tour to come

The celebration began with welcome drinks, followed by remarks from TRIBEZA publisher, Krissy LittleStar Hearn and a brief designer intro led by editor-in-chief, Heidi Okla. Designers of this year’s Interiors Tour include: Kim Lewis Designs, BANDD/Design, Moontower Design Build, Hey Now Interiors, Bambi A’Lynn Interior Design, Studio Burgoon, and Urbanspace Design Studio. The discussion offered insight into each designer’s approach and set the stage for the homes showcased throughout the tour.

Guests enjoyed an indulgent spread from Austin favorites, including beer from Zilker Brewing Co., palomas and ranch waters from Tequila 512, a signature cocktail and artful grazing board by The Modern, Greek bites from Yamas, caviar tastings from Austin Cart Co., cookies from Local Foods, and lush floral arrangements by Gypsy Floral that tied the evening together beautifully.

The Tour’s presenting sponsors Heritage Title of Austin and SWBC Mortgage — The Breed Team, along with VIP sponsor Cumberland Trust, offered their generous support in making the evening a success. Attendees departed with tour wristbands in hand and VIP swag bags — ready to experience the best of Austin interiors during the weekend to come.
