Social Hour: Women’s Symphony League of Austin’s 2023 Fashion Luncheon

A truly stunning annual fundraising experience, the Women’s Symphony League of Austin‘s Fashion Luncheon was held on September 15, 2023 at the Hilton Austin, welcoming more than 450 attendees. This year’s fashion show was themed “Lone Star-Studded Style” and showcased a gorgeous array of Texas-themed designs and a star-studded panel of esteemed speakers.

The Fashion Luncheon Co-Chairs, Allison Edwards and Sarah Covey, welcomed a wonderfully engaging panel of speakers including Loreal Sarkisian, philanthropist, wardrobe stylist and First Lady of The University of Texas football team; Katie Kime, CEO and Creative Director of Katie Kime; and, Lela Rose, Fashion Designer and Owner of Lela Rose. The conversation centered around design and entertaining, and was led by KVUE-TV Daybreak Anchor Yvonne Nava.

With a “Texas Chic” theme, Sue Webber produced “A Tour of Texas Fashion Show” featuring runway looks by Lela Rose, The Garden Room, Buru, Longhorn Fashions, Katie Kime, Mignonne Gavigan, Molly x Niko, Z Couture and Jill Reno Collection.
