Meet the 2025 TRIBEZA Curators & Join in Celebration

These 10 individuals have been selected as the 2025 TRIBEZA Curators — chefs, designers, artists, athletes and visionaries who are shaping Austin’s culture

TRIBEZA CURATORS 2025 (1)

In the spring, we held a call for nominations for our first class of TRIBEZA Curators — locals shaping Austin’s cultural landscape. We were blown away by the response, and after reviewing nearly 500 nominees, the moment has arrived for the big reveal.

The initiative reflects TRIBEZA’s mission to authentically capture the energy of Austin and highlight the people who shape its culture. Each Curator shares a personal City Guide online, highlighting their favorite local spots and hidden gems, culminating with a special in-person celebration on Nov. 5.

“These ten individuals represent the vibrant spirit of Austin — from art and design to cuisine, music and more. We’re excited to share their unique perspectives through City Guides that feel like personal invitations to explore the authentic Austin they know and love,” said Heidi Okla, editor-in-chief of TRIBEZA.

A celebration honoring the Curators will be held Nov. 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Green Pastures, 811 W. Live Oak St., with tasting menu items, cocktails, live music by THEBROSFRESH, tours of the newly opened Inn at Green Pastures and more.
