Who says you have to be drinking alcohol to savor elevated flavors? To kick off Austin’s Food & Wine Festival weekend, Milo is teaming up with Sans Bar for an event on the evening of November 3rd!
The standing-room soireé will feature six Southern-inspired dishes made by an Austin Food & Wine Festival featured Chef Corey McEntyre, such as Pimento Cheese and Red Wheat Crackers, Beet Tartare and Wild Boar Meatballs, along with six non-alcoholic beverages that were carefully curated by the Sans Bar team, led by Chris Marshall, to perfectly pair with each dish.
Comedy night will follow at 9 p.m. Tickets include each bite and the beverage pairing for each dish.

-Pairing: Athletic Brewing’s Cerveza Athletica
Beet Tartare with Vegan Labneh
-Pairing: Bramble Fizz made with Amethyst Blueberry Mint
Smoked Salmon Dip with Radish Ravigote and Potato Chip
-Pairing: French 35 made with N/A Gin, Lemon and Sparkling Wine
Coffee Rubbed Antelope Carpaccio with Peach Hoisin and Rice Crisp
-Pairing: Cold Fashioned made with Zero Proof Monday Whiskey, Cold Brew, Chocolate Mole Bitters, and Sweet Potato simple.
