AJB will be hosting Katya Lyukum, a culinary enthusiast with Ukrainian, Georgian, and Caucasus roots, who specializes in authentic dishes, using quality ingredients to elevate her beloved regional classics, like one of her favorites: khachapuri. Alongside AJB savory chef Kim Krebs, Katya will be using BSM flour and cheese from ZakFarmUSA, a family business founded by an Ossetian family in 2023 making traditional cheeses, sour cream, and cottage cheese to preserve their culinary heritage.
