Hotel Saint Cecilia will welcome James Beard Award-winning chef Justin Yu and renowned bartender Bobby Heugel for a special afternoon soirée on May 31. The culinary duo will join forces with Hotel Saint Cecilia’s Executive Chef Giovanni Pujol for a collaborative courtyard takeover featuring inventive bites and cocktails.
Yu, the chef and owner behind acclaimed Houston restaurants Theodore Rex, Better Luck Tomorrow, and Public Services Wine and Whisky, is known for his creative, technique-forward cooking. Heugel, a pioneer in Texas’s craft cocktail scene, is the founder of Anvil Bar & Refuge and several award-winning Houston bars. Together, they bring a distinct Houston flavor to this one-day Austin event.
