The Birdie’s team is proud to announce another year of Bistro Remy–a classic French Bistro–leading up to the holidays. Taking place December 10-14 + 17-21, Bistro Remy is the team’s annual sendoff to their winter break (closed December 22 – January 7) and celebrates classic Bistro foods while serving as an ode to when Tracy and Arjav took their son Remy to Paris when he was just six months old.
The set menu is complemented by a la carte specials available for add-on and is $68/pp. While the menu in its entirety is not yet finalized, guests can expect dishes including beef bourguignon with pommes puree, cauliflower soup with brown butter, duck confit with tarbais beans, gougères, tarte tatin with vanilla soft serve and salted caramel sauce, and more.
