The Outsiders, winner of the 2024 Tony Award® for Best Musical, comes to Bass Concert Hall Oct. 21–26, presented by Texas Performing Arts as part of Broadway in Austin. Based on S.E. Hinton’s classic novel and Francis Ford Coppola’s film, the musical follows Ponyboy Curtis, Johnny Cade, and their Greaser family as they navigate friendship, belonging, and the fight to be accepted in 1960s Tulsa.
