What
Central Machine Works in East Austin will debut The Next Stage, a free weekly concert series running Sept. 26–Dec. 5 on its newly renovated outdoor stage. The 12-show series will benefit eight local nonprofits, including the Central Texas Food Bank, Save Our Springs Alliance, and KUTX, through donations and specialty cocktail sales.

- Oct. 3: Adrian Quesada’s Trio Asesino benefiting ATX Free Fridge
- Oct.10: Grupo Fantasma benefiting Save Our Springs Alliance
- Oct. 15: Jade Bird benefiting KUTX
- Oct. 17: Briscoe benefiting Austin Parks Foundation
- Oct. 24: Heartless Bastards benefiting Austin Powwow
- Oct. 31: Rattlesnake Milk benefiting ATX Free Fridge
- Nov. 7: Wild Child benefiting Save Our Springs Alliance
- Nov. 14: Midlake benefiting Good Work Austin
- Nov. 21: Fugitive benefiting Austin Parks Foundation
- Nov. 29: To be announced artist benefiting KUTX
- Dec. 5: To be announced artist benefiting Colorado River Alliance
Concerts are free and open to the public, with doors at 6:30 p.m. and music starting at 7:30 p.m.
