Central Market will celebrate its 30th anniversary by attempting to create the world’s largest charcuterie board at its Austin North Lamar store on Wednesday, September 11, from 6-8 p.m. The 20-foot by 14-foot board will feature 1,000 pounds of artisanal meats, cheeses, fruits, and more. Guests are invited to sample the board, enjoy live music, and partake in a special toast and check presentation to the St. David’s Foundation.
