The Loren Hotel Austin will host Champagne & Cuisine: An Evening with G.H. Mumm & Perrier-Jouët on Thursday, Sept. 4, at 6:30 p.m. in its rooftop restaurant, Nido. Limited to 24 guests, the intimate dinner will feature a seasonal prix fixe menu from Executive Chef Christian Grindrod, with each course paired to highlight the distinctive styles of the two historic French Champagne houses.
The evening begins with a Mumm Napa Brut reception and continues with pairings such as Tempura Squash Blossoms with Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blanc, Pan-Roasted Halibut with Belle Époque Brut, and Sweet Corn Panna Cotta with Mumm Napa Rosé.
Tickets are $150 per person, with additional premium wines available for purchase. Reservations are required via OpenTable.
