Tiki Themed Parking Lot Pig Roast to Take Place on May 18; Beer & Wine For Purchase
Foreign & Domestic, one of Austin’s pioneering farm-to-table restaurants, is celebrating 15 years of serving the Austin North Loop community with a free Parking Lot Pig Roast from 4 to 7 p.m. this Sunday, May 18. The celebration will feature a whole roasted pig, as a nod to Foreign & Domestic’s commitment to its farm-to-table, nose-to-tail, root-to-fruit philosophy. The food will be free and beer and wine will be available for purchase.
“As we celebrate 15 years of Foreign & Domestic, we’re filled with gratitude for the amazing chefs, collaborators, and supporters who’ve helped shape our journey,” said Nathan Lemley, chef-owner of Foreign & Domestic. “We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone with a shared meal and some shared laughs.”
