Chef Eric Nathal, hailing from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is thrilled to share his culinary roots with you. Get ready to savor the flavors of Mexico with a special menu featuring the iconic Torta Ahogada, among other delectable dishes.

Check out the Kitty de Mayo Menu:

  • Chicken Tinga Tostada: Corn tostada topped with rotisserie chicken, fresh lettuce, cotija cheese, and crema.
  • Ceviche de Camaron Tostada: Shrimp ceviche topped with avocado, mayo, and salsa roja.
  • Baguette Torta Ahogada: A baguette filled with rotisserie chicken, drowned in traditional Guadalajara-style salsa. (Spicy!)
  • Fresh Guacamole: Prepared on a molcajete and made to order, served with tortilla chips.
