Tiny Fish Co. highlights sustainable species found in domestic waters and tins them with chef-driven flavors and unique ingredients. Menu highlights include Tiny Fish Co. chorizo spiced mussels with L’Oca d’Oro fresh mozzarella, fresh tagliolini with Tiny Fish Co. Sunshine & Sole with lemon butter, chili and capers and tahini semifreddo with sesame anchovy brittle and grilled olive oil cake.
