Uchiko and Garrison Brothers Distillery will come together for a culinary collaboration on Thursday, May 22, at the Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas. The event will feature a multi-course omakase experience created by Uchiko Chef de Cuisine Steven Attwood, paired with curated bourbon selections and cocktails presented by Garrison Brothers Founder Dan Garrison.
The evening begins at 6:45 p.m. with a welcome “Gold Rush” cocktail and light bites, followed by a seated dinner. Each course will be paired with a unique bourbon expression—from neat pours of Garrison’s Small Batch and HoneyDew to inventive highballs and specialty garnishes—designed to enhance dishes like kinmedai nigiri, blackened cod with XO beurre monté, and whiskey ice cream with peppercorn caramel.
