Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa presents SMOKE: A Celebration of Fire and Flavor, a new two-day barbecue experience taking place August 1–2 in the Texas Hill Country. The weekend brings together top pitmasters and chefs from Texas and Oklahoma—including Evan LeRoy of LeRoy and Lewis and Kevin Lee of Birdie’s—for a culinary showcase of regional barbecue traditions and friendly cross-state competition.

Friday’s Legends of the Flame kicks off the weekend with a VIP multi-course dinner ($395) hosted by chefs LeRoy, Lee, and Steve Gustafson, featuring cocktail pairings, live music, and storytelling. Saturday’s Masters of the Flavor ($225) follows with an open-air barbecue showdown, judged by culinary experts and accompanied by live music from Tomar and the FCs.

Both events are open to resort guests, club members, and the public. Kid-friendly programming will be available during both events through the resort’s Lil’ Pitmasters Camp.
