For the past 15 years, Austin awarding-winning chefs have teamed up with the Sustainable Food Center (SFC) to support our mission to transform the food system to nourish Texas’s health, land, and livelihood. This year, we invite all local foodies to join us on Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 5:30 pm – 9:30 pm at Springdale Station for SFC’s 15th Annual Farm to Plate.
SFC’s 15th Annual Farm to Plate includes an elevated eight course dining experience handcrafted by Austin’s best award-winning farm-to-table chefs and paired with Central Texas’s best wines.
- Featured chefs include: Chef Edgar Rico (Nixta Taqueria), Chef Phillip Speer (Comedor), Chef Yoshi Okai (Otoko), Chef Berty Richter (Ezov), Chef Eric Silverstein (The Peached Tortilla), Chef Amanda Turner (Olamaie), Chef Laila Bazahm from (El Raval) and Chef Andy Knudson from (All-Pro Smoke Show)
- Featured wineries include: Becker Vineyards, Bent Oak Winery, Hye Meadow Winery, Pedernales Cellars, Westcave Cellars, William Chris Vineyards, and the Wine and Food Foundation
Farm to Plate is a celebration of our vibrant local food system and a fundraiser to help SFC build a just, equitable, and regenerative food system. Early bird tickets are on sale for SFC’s 15th Annual Farm to Plate.
