What

Pease Park Conservancy and Future Front Texas come together each year to celebrate spring in Pease Park and bring Squirrel Fest to the Austin community. This family-friendly festival begins at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 13 with a variety of activities, and ends with a screening of the movie, Trolls, on the Great Lawn after dark.

Festival goers of all ages can enjoy music and food and participate in fun activities like a puppet show by Small Wonders Puppet Theater, family yoga with ATX Yoga Girl, an instrument zoo with Austin Soundwaves, a Make-a-Mushroom clay workshop with Tanya Zal, and much more! Local organizations and artists, like Where’d The Wild Things Go, Japan-America Society of Greater Austin, Nature Tats, and Families In Nature, come together with Pease Park Conservancy and Future Front to provide incredible experiences for park visitors.
