Friday, February 7 through Saturday, February 16, Swim Club will host My Neon Valentine Pop-Up, transforming Rodeo Room into a vibrant lover’s lounge featuring neon-lit decor, live music from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Swim Club’s limited-edition Passionate Libations cocktail menu. Enjoy cocktails like the fruity Heart of Gold, the fiery Flames of Passion, the sophisticated Valentini, and the zesty Soured By Love. Additionally, Swim Club will offer a special Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu featuring Cured Salmon Crudo, Kale Salad, Steak Frites, and a Three-Layer Chocolate Cake ($86).
