The Loren Hotel Austin is excited to introduce its first-ever Dinner Cinema Series, combining multi-course dining with classic film screenings. Each evening begins at 6 p.m., with specially timed menus by Nido’s executive chef, Christian Grindrod, that unfold alongside key moments in the beloved film: “Pretty Woman,” on July 23 and 24.
“Pretty Woman” screenings will begin with arrival bites of Crudité and a seasonal fruit display served with Champagne. Guests can then enjoy canapés to share, including Brioche with egg yolk jam and ossetra caviar; Tuna Confit with poblano and grilled sourdough; and Endive with goat cheese, walnut and fig. For the first course, guests can choose from Tomato Carpaccio with olive oil, black pepper and Parmesan and Cannellini Bean Spread with roasted garlic flatbread. Main course selections feature Peach and Arugula Salad; Roasted Duck Breast with blackberry and grilled zucchini with pine nut pesto; and Seared Scallop with beurre blanc and caviar, followed by a sweet bite for departure.
