The Loren Hotel Austin is excited to introduce its first-ever Dinner Cinema Series, combining multi-course dining with classic film screenings. Each evening begins at 6 p.m., with specially timed menus by Nido’s executive chef, Christian Grindrod, that unfold alongside key moments in the beloved film: “A Good Year,” on July 30 and 31. The menu has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the essence of its corresponding film, creating a truly immersive culinary experience.
During “A Good Year,” guests will savor arrival bites of Crudité and a seasonal fruit display, followed by canapés to share, including Brioche with egg yolk jam and ossetra caviar; Brioche Tartine with duck rillettes and pickled apricot; and Melon and Prosciutto. For the first course, guests can choose from Summer Bean & Artichoke Niçoise Salad with green beans, artichoke hearts, tarragon, champagne vinaigrette and confit tuna and Cannellini Bean Spread with roasted garlic baguette, herbs and lemon zest. Main course selections feature Gratin Dauphinois; Ballotine de Poulet; Ratatouille; and Poisson Poché à la Provençale.
