The event will be held at the Meredith Heritage Tree Deck in Waterloo Park from September 5, 2024, to November 21, 2024. Classes will take place every Thursday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. This 50+ workout is designed to help you stay active and engaged, improving your cardio health, flexibility, and strength while connecting with other active agers in the community.

Please bring water, and no RSVP is needed. The Meredith Heritage Tree Deck is ADA accessible.
